the average coaching block is 6 sessions, typically in an every other week fashion, but you’ll work with mal to decide the best schedule for your unique needs.
from your first session, you’ll create manageable goals based on your needs. mal will be there along the way!
coaching typically takes place in one hour sessions, over zoom.

mal believes FIRMLY that good systems are imperative in ministry! from planning center (or your database) workflows, to proper list formation, and clear goals, systems not only create more time for you to connect with people, but they also make sure nobody falls through the cracks!
